COVID-19 POLICY

Border Closure / Isolation Guarantee

In the unfortunate situation that your stay with us needs to be cut short due to Government border changes related to COVID-19 or due to you or a close contact requiring isolation, you can rest assured that you will be entitled to a full refund up until the date of your stay. Should you need to leave during your stay, you will only be required to pay for accommodation charges up to and including the night of the date you cancel – with the remainder of your stay being cancelled at no additional cost.

Given the continuing uncertain circumstances we currently face, we are offering extra flexibility and support for all direct bookings made that are affected by COVID-19.

  • Free change of date for COVID-19 affected bookings up until date of check in. Whilst no booking or amendment fees apply, date changes will be subject to availability and any difference in rate and cannot be guaranteed. Your booking value will either be refunded or become a booking credit voucher which can be redeemed within 12 months of your original booking.
