Q: What are the reception hours?

The reception hours are...8.30am - 5  pm Monday to Saturday, and 8.30am -Noon Sundays.

Q: Do any Apartments have Twin Bedding?

A selection of the One bedroom Apartments have Twin Beds . Please request when enquiring.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Both pools are heated - the indoor pool & spa is alot hotter!!!

Q: What facilities do you have?

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise?

Surfers Paradise is 6 minutes by car - 2.7kms walk

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes we booked all Gold Coast theme parks and attractions, please contact Reception for details

Q: Do you do after hours checkins?

Yes, please ring 278 on the intercom and key left in the safe deposit box

Please contact Reception for details prior to arrival

Q: Can I get a late checkout?

Up to 12 noon free, then anything after has a charge of $50.00

This is subject to availability, please enquire at Reception

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

On booking is preferable, but at least 1 month before arrival

Q: Is there car parking at the property?

One space is allocated to each apartment
